Why are there so many tablets in the Essentials ?
It is simply not possible to include the amounts of nutrients contained in the Essentials in fewer tablets. For example, if Usana were to include the full dosage of Essentials in one pill, the tablet would be so large it would be like swallowing a golf ball. If they put everything in one pill we would just have a Centrum or One-A-Day, with almost no antioxidants and strictly RDA levels of vitamins and very little in the way of minerals. |
